We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who can own client relationships, drive campaign performance, and act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing knowledge along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What You’ll

DoClient Manageme

• ntAct as the primary point of contact for assigned client
• s.Build strong client relationships and understand business objective
• s.Conduct regular review meetings, performance discussions, and strategy session
• s.Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term account retentio
• n.Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional service

s.Campaign Strategy & Executi

• onCollaborate with performance, SEO, content, social media, and creative team
• s.Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client goal
• s.Monitor campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and other channel
• s.Ensure timely execution and delivery of all client requirement
• s.Track KPIs and recommend optimization strategie

s.Reporting & Analys

• isPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance report
• s.Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insight
• s.Present performance updates and recommendations to client
• s.Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other key metric

• onCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project executio
• n.Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign launche
• s.Escalate and resolve client concerns proactivel

What We’re Looking

• ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fie
• ld.2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management, Client Servicing, or Performance Marketi
• ng.Agency experience is highly preferr
• ed.Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, and Analyti
• cs.Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneous
• ly.Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skil
