Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, lifestyle redesign, accountability systems, mental wellness, and sustainable human performance.

We are not building a conventional food delivery company, cloud kitchen, or healthy meal brand.

Design at Kefilo is not limited to graphics or social media creatives.

Design influences how people experience our brand, products, packaging, content, technology, communication, and transformation journey.

About The Opportunity

This is not a conventional graphic design role.

We are looking for a versatile designer who can help shape the visual identity and user experience of Kefilo across multiple touchpoints.

You will work closely with founders, marketing teams, nutrition experts, product teams, and technology teams to create a consistent and premium design language across the ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems through design and wants to build a wellness brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Identity & Visual Systems

• Develop and maintain Kefilo’s visual identity
• Create branding assets, guidelines, and communication materials
• Ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints
• Support long-term brand-building initiatives
• Marketing & Content Design
• Design social media creatives, presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials
• Create visual assets for wellness education and awareness initiatives
• Support content, influencer, and community-building activities
• Develop creative concepts that improve engagement and communication
• Product, Packaging & Experience Design
• Contribute to packaging design and product presentation
• Design customer-facing materials and wellness program assets
• Improve user experience across physical and digital touchpoints
• Support future product innovation and launch initiatives
• Creative Innovation & Design Strategy
• Explore emerging design trends and tools
• Contribute to creative direction and brand evolution
• Support photography, video, and multimedia initiatives
• Help build a premium and differentiated wellness brand

What We Are Looking For

• Strong design fundamentals and visual communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and user experience
• Ability to work across multiple design formats
• Strong creativity combined with practical execution
• Startup-friendly mindset
• Long-term ownership mentality
• Passion for wellness, nutrition, consumer brands, and innovation
