Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive – Solar EPC. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility for the company’s solar EPC and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content creation for websites, blogs, and email campaigns, and optimizing landing pages and ads for conversions. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, managing SEO/SEM activities, and monitoring campaign performance across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant industry channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will analyze data, prepare performance reports, collaborate with sales and technical teams to align messaging, and recommend data-driven improvements to digital strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and management across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on B2B audiences.
• Ability to create and manage website and landing page content, with a basic understanding of UX and conversion optimization.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights) to track and improve performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solar/EPC concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
• Experience or strong interest in the renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure sector is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools, as well as basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools), is an advantage.
