Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Punjab for Head of Regional Operations & Business Development.

The job role:

• Lead all field operations and service delivery across Punjab
• Drive business development, client acquisition and revenue growth
• Own client servicing and day-to-day deliverance as the regional face of Sentinels
• Build and lead a regional team of managers, supervisors and field officers
• Ensure deployment, compliance and quality standards are consistently met

We’re looking for:

• Armed Forces / Police / Para-military background, OR a Facility Head from a reputed organisation
• A proven track record in client servicing and daily service delivery
• Strong leadership, discipline and the ability to manage scale

Please note: the selected candidate will undergo a 3-week training and orientation at our Delhi Head Office before assuming charge.
