The Role
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage, talking-head clips, B-roll, and scripts into clean, professional content for healthcare brands. You’ll be editing Reels, YouTube videos, patient testimonial cuts, doctor interview content, and brand films content that needs to feel credible and trustworthy, not just trendy.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads) and long-form videos (doctor interviews, brand films, explainers)
- Cut and sync talking-head footage with clean motion graphics, captions, and B-roll
- Create engaging social media cuts optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Add captions, lower thirds, and subtitles English and Telugu when required
- Work with our design and content team to bring scripts to life visually
- Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs (fonts, colors, tone)
- Manage project files cleanly and deliver outputs in required formats
- Take feedback professionally and revise quickly turnaround matters
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of video editing experience
- Strong command of Premiere Pro
- Experience with After Effects for motion text/graphics is a plus
- Portfolio that shows clean cuts, good pacing, and attention to audio quality
- Understanding of healthcare or B2B content is a big plus not mandatory
- Ability to work from a brief without hand-holding
- Good communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Good to Have
- Experience editing doctor/patient content or medical education videos
- Basic color grading skills
- Familiarity with content performance metrics (what makes a Reel stop people from scrolling)
- Can write basic captions or suggest hooks —bonus if you think like a content person
