About The Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

Paid Media Specialist: Digital + Traditional Media

• Brand Media marketing expert with prior experience of strategizing, planning and running 360 degree paid media campaigns
• Prior experience having run extensive Digital, Print, TV and OOH campaigns
• Extensive experience of running digital brand and performance campaigns across biddable and other media channels
• A channel agnostic media marketer with focus on consumer centricity and delivering the right message through the best possible medium to the consumer
• Experience of executing strategic and tactical campaigns across search, social and other channels and share weekly/monthly reports with internal stakeholders in partnership with our media agency
• Ability to drive innovation in media across traditional and new media
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Understand and analyze media consumption behavior across channels and provide data driven actionable insights to be implemented across channels and across user journeys.
• Develop insights from owner database feeding into future plans
• Extremely strong with both Brand media & performance media disciplines

About You:

• 10+ years of proven experience as a paid media marketing expert
• Prior proven experience of driving business results through data and analytics
• Expertise working with the following intelligence tools – Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio or any other
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe analytics and other ecommerce tools like decibel, magento, botify is a plus
• Enjoys working in a fast paced & ever-changing environment
• Self-starter with lots of initiative and a positive attitude
• Strong team player
