Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurukshetra. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing daily banking operations, assisting customers with financial transactions, and promoting the bank’s products and services. They will manage client accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves adhering to compliance requirements, reporting on account activities, and contributing to the achievement of branch performance targets.

• Strong knowledge of financial products, banking operations, and account management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide tailored banking solutions
• Proficiency with digital and banking software applications
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in banking or a customer-centric role is an advantage
