Admin Executive in Mumbai Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, workplace operations, facility coordination, and employee support activities. The role requires ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining workplace standards, coordinating with vendors, managing office assets, and supporting internal teams with operational requirements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, pantry stock, stationery, and housekeeping requirements
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and workplace readiness
• Maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and overall workspace upkeep
• Monitor office infrastructure, including AC, Wi-Fi, printers, electricity, and maintenance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, office utilities, and operational support
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper maintenance of meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas
• Maintain records and manage company assets, including laptops, devices, IDs, and office equipment
• Support employee onboarding and exit processes through asset allocation and collection
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, office celebrations, team events, and internal gatherings
• Assist with production logistics, shoot coordination, vendor management, and operational execution

• Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
