About The Role
As an Outbound SDR Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team through strategic leadership and hands-on coaching. Your role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of SDRs while establishing clear KPIs to track and enhance performance.
You will develop and implement targeted outbound sales strategies, ensuring the generation and qualification of leads that align with our ideal customer profiles. Collaborating closely with AE’s, AE Managers and marketing teams, you will manage and analyze the sales pipeline to identify trends, forecast accurately, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. Your leadership will foster a positive, collaborative work environment, motivating the team through effective communication, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements.
