Hi, my name is Victor. I graduated from the National Institute of Learning (INA) as a Computer Networking Technician, where I had the opportunity to work on network equipment configurations, which, in turn, allowed me to enhance my problem-solving skills. Additionally, I hold an associate’s degree in Software Development, which helps me gain a better understanding of how a program operates, enabling me to learn how to use it efficiently. I worked in technical support, focusing on resolving issues for clients using a marketing platform. My role involved overseeing how the platform integrated with their websites through APIs, as well as diagnosing and fixing connectivity problems between the platform and the clients’ sites.
