Customer Service – Pricing & LCL consolidation Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service – Pricing & LCL Consolidation position based in New Delhi, . The role involves responding to customer inquiries on pricing for LCL and related services via phone and email, preparing and issuing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up. The team member will coordinate with internal operations, sales, and overseas agents to gather accurate rate and service information, and support LCL consolidation planning and bookings. The role includes maintaining up-to-date rate records, tracking shipments, addressing service issues, and supporting customers throughout the shipment lifecycle to ensure high service quality. The individual will also assist in preparing periodic reports, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, and adhering to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, escalations, and daily coordination.
• Ability to enhance service outcomes through focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Professional communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and excellent Phone Etiquette for customer and partner interactions.
• Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding, preferably including LCL consolidation, pricing, and documentation.
• Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and comfort working with rate and booking systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup, maintaining reliability and accountability.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
