Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Service and Operations Executive position at Saigon Group. Responsibilities include handling logistics operations, ensuring smooth customs clearance processes, coordinating freight forwarding activities, managing client communications, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. The role also involves generating reports, monitoring shipment progress, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in logistics operations, freight forwarding, and customs clearance

2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping Industry

• Strong skills in client communication and relationship management
• Experience in supply chain management, including multi-modal transport and cargo handling
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards in logistics
• Ability to analyze shipment data, generate reports, and optimize processes
• Proficiency in problem-solving and strategic planning within a logistics framework
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, as well as excellent time management
