Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing SAP Testing and Test Automation programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation projects using Selenium.
• Hands-on understanding of SAP automation tools such as:
• Tricentis Tosca
• Worksoft Certify
• OpenText UFT
• SAP CBTA
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing QA, Automation, and SAP delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning.

Good-to-Have Skills

• SAP S/4HANA transformation program experience.
• AI/ML-driven testing initiatives.
• Knowledge of Selenium automation frameworks.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of RPA solutions such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience managing global delivery teams.
