Trainee – IT Recruitment Full Time

Job Position: IT Recruiter Trainee

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Internship Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives

Conversion to Fulltime Opportunity based on Performance

Based on performance during the internship and achievement of the required closures, trainees may be converted into a full-time role with the company. The full-time CTC offered upon successful conversion will be ₹25,000 per month along with additional performance-based incentives.

Raphael Consulting Private Limited is an IT recruitment company based in Chennai, specializing in pan-India domestic product hiring across various technology domains. We work with organizations to identify and hire top IT talent efficiently and professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates through job portals, Naukri, Instahyre, LinkedIn, social media, and references
• Screen resumes based on client requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Understand technical job requirements and hiring needs
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / HR-related qualification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of IT roles will be an advantage
• Freshers and candidates interested in HR recruitment careers can apply

Performance & Full – Time Opportunity:

Candidates are expected to achieve 3 successful closures during the 2-month trainee period. A successful closure is defined as a candidate who successfully joins the client organization. Based on performance and achievement of the required closures, trainees may be converted into a full-time role with the company.
