Your Mission
You will own high-volume, fast-paced hiring for offline, store, and field roles. Your responsibility is to ensure Traya always has the right people on the ground, at the right time, with the right quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own bulk and lateral hiring for offline, store, field, and operations roles
- Handle hiring for roles such as store staff, advisors, operations executives, and regional roles
- Drive high-volume sourcing through Naukri, local databases, referrals, agencies, and walk-ins
- Screen candidates based on attitude, communication, stability, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling at scale, and ensure quick closures
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Conduct strong post-offer follow-ups to reduce dropouts and no-shows
- Maintain daily hiring trackers, pipeline data, and joining dashboards
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to plan and execute hiring ramp-ups
