About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can build brands that people don’t just follow but remember.
You’ll lead end-to-end social media strategy across multiple brands and industries including hospitality, lifestyle, healthcare, education, packaging, and entertainment. From viral campaigns to performance-driven content, you’ll be responsible for creating digital narratives that drive engagement, growth, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and trends
- Lead ideation for reels, campaigns, launches, influencer collaborations, and viral content
- Write compelling captions, campaign hooks, and platform-first copy
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, creators, and clients for content execution
- Monitor analytics, insights, and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural conversations
- Manage paid social campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams
- Build brand positioning and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of content and reports

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and trend-led content
- Experience managing brands/agencies across multiple industries is preferred
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively while being data-driven
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Understanding of influencer marketing and content production workflows
- Agency experience will be an added advantage
