We are building India’s premium cold plunge and performance recovery brand.
We are looking for a self-driven Growth & Sales Lead who will take ownership of lead generation, conversion, and partnership building.
This is not a passive marketing role.
This role directly impacts revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns
* Generate and track qualified leads
* Call and convert inbound leads
* Build partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, and sports professionals
* Work closely with founder for content distribution
* Maintain CRM and weekly performance reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C, wellness, fitness, and premium product sales is preferred.
* Hands-on experience with performance marketing
* Comfortable with sales calls
* Ownership mindset
Compensation: Basic + Performance Incentives
