Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Business Development Manager to lead and expand our digital footprint. You will be responsible for scaling our online sales, securing strategic marketplace partnerships (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, D2C storefronts), and managing the end-to-end e-commerce sales pipeline to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Partner Acquisition

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with online marketplaces and B2B clients.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, pricing structures, and contracts with platform partners and vendors.
• Onboard new marketplace partnerships

Marketplace & Key Account Management

• Oversee day-to-day business performance across e-commerce platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers at major marketplaces to secure prime visibility and promotional slots.
• Ensure product cataloguing, inventory availability, and optimized A+ content are seamlessly maintained across all channels.

Sales Strategy & Analytics

• Define and execute e-commerce strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify gaps and adjust growth strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate inventory forecasting, timely order fulfillment, and seamless logistics.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)

·      4-7 years of proven experience in e-commerce business development, key account management

·      Deep understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart) and digital marketing tools.

·      Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills

·      Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·       Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting
