Warehouse Supervisor I Full Time

Planning and Organization:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Monitor Inventory movements,
• Arranging dispatch.
• Maintain 5 S and safety work culture.
• Oversee packaging, labelling and documentation for domestic and export shipments..
• Ensure proper e-way bill handling and delivery compliance.
• Send daily dispatch details to customers and marketing teams; coordinate shipping schedules and carriers.
• Issue RM to production on FIFO basis with accurate documentation and material movement records.
• Monitor and record cold-storage and temperature-controlled storage parameters daily; escalate deviations.
• Ensure store practices comply with statutory, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage expiry disposal in compliance GST rules; obtain required approvals and maintain disposal documentation.
• Conduct periodic stock verification (cycle counts, monthly/quarterly reconciliation) and adjust records.
• Arrange and store materials in designated areas following FIFO safety norms.
• Receive imported and domestic shipments, coordinate with transporters
• Unload and verify consignments against purchase orders, Invoice, packing lists and bills of lading and bill of entry.
• Prepare and post accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for imported and domestic materials in SBO

Key Accountables

• Maintain IATF required reports, records and checks (temperature logs, calibration, MSDS, training records).
• Knowledge of GST rule, Duty Drawback, insurance claim, petroleum act. MPCB Rules. Fumigation certificate. IIP procedure. Hazardous classification (IMDG /UN)
• Coordinate periodic disposal of hazardous waste with MPCB-authorized recyclers/disposal facilities, ensuring compliance with MPCB rules and company procedures.
• Ensure A/B class storage quantities are within licensed capacities and storage under the Petroleum Act;
• Maintain shipping and dispatch records, bills of lading, invoices and related documentation for Audit.
• Expired / Slow-moving / Hazardous Material Handling & Disposal procedure.
• Prepare and share quarterly & yearly inventory counting report for internal audits and finance Audit.
• Maintain 5 S in warehouse safety work culture in warehouse.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 7 years of experience
• Preferred – not mandatory: PGDM Logistics and Supply Chain or courses in logistics.
