We are looking for Customer Support Executives for our Airline Chat Process. Candidates should possess basic communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally through chat support.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with their concerns and provide accurate information.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure quality and accuracy while responding to customers.

Requirements

• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Shift Details

• Rotational Shifts
• Sunday Fixed Off
• Saturday may be a Half Day (as per business requirements)
