Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive based in Phagwara Tehsil. The role involves managing online product listings, pricing, and catalog optimization across e-commerce platforms; monitoring inventory, order flow, and customer feedback to ensure smooth operations. The executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and basic SEO efforts to increase visibility and sales. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with customers and internal teams, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities through data-driven insights. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance online presence and conversion rates.

• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.

• Comfort using spreadsheets or basic reporting tools to manage listings, pricing, and performance data.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Phagwara Tehsil, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
