Role Overview

• Lead and execute multi-brand social media strategies with measurable growth outcomes.
• Build powerful content systems — from ideation to delivery — using AI, trends, and storytelling.
• Guide a 5–8 member creative team and act as the key link between client goals and creative output.
• Ensure all brand communication is data-backed, performance-driven, and visually cohesive.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute monthly social media calendars, ad strategies, and brand campaigns.
• Direct and mentor copy, design, and video teams to maintain top-tier creative quality.
• Write and review all ad copies, captions, scripts, and campaign briefs for strong brand consistency.
• Identify viral ideas, audience behavior shifts, and competitor movements to refine strategies.
• Define each brand’s tone, visual identity, and storytelling structure across platforms.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Schedulers) to enhance ideation, productivity, and creative precision.
• Deep understanding of complete digital marketing services and ecosystem.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or creative strategy (agency background mandatory).
• Certificate/Diploma in Digital Marketing (min. 6 months, recognized institute).
• Strong grasp of copywriting, campaign ideation, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn algorithms, and Meta Business Suite.
• Skilled in leadership, analytics interpretation, and content optimization.
• Portfolio required showcasing campaigns, scripts, and strategic content work.
