• Plan and manage monthly organic content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and meaningful content ideas and stories around books, authors, writing journeys, publishing insights, and the reading community.
• Write and develop high-quality reels, short videos, scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling formats that connect emotionally with the audience.
• Identify social media trends and adapt them into thoughtful, platform-specific content that matches BlueRose Publishers? brand voice and literary values.
• Work closely with authors, content creators, freelancers, and internal teams to smoothly produce and publish content.
• Lead content creation for book launches, author features, literary events, workshops, podcasts, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, editorial, marketing, and PR teams to ensure all content looks polished and feels consistent across platforms.
• Set clear content direction and creative guidelines for both static posts and videos across organic and performance content (excluding ads).
• Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social media and digital platforms.
• Track and analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to understand what works best.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and content improvement suggestions to increase impact.
