Role Description The Content Management Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, organizing, publishing, and updating digital content across websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms. The specialist will manage content calendars, ensure brand and tone consistency, and collaborate closely with design, marketing, and performance teams to support campaigns and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating briefs, optimizing content for SEO and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date content repositories. The role also involves quality control, basic proofreading, and contributing ideas to improve content workflows and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong content planning and management skills, including experience handling content calendars, workflows, and publication schedules.
• Proficiency in digital content production, such as web page content, blog posts, social media copy, and basic multimedia coordination.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword usage, and on-page optimization to improve content visibility and performance.
• Comfort working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar) and basic understanding of website structures.
• Ability to interpret content performance data (traffic, engagement, conversions) and apply insights to improve future content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Lucknow, with reliable internet access and self-management skills for remote work.
