We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Education Specialist to work on a contractor basis. This role focuses on designing high-quality educational content to train next-generation AI systems, leveraging domain expertise rather than prior AI experience. The position allows contributors to shape how models learn, reason, and perform through real-world input, with a focus on structured thinking and collaborative refinement. Work spans domains like finance, healthcare, and engineering, contributing directly to the development of reliable AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design challenging and insightful questions based on image and video-based scenarios to encourage deeper reasoning and interpretation.

• Develop clear, step-by-step explanations and comprehensive answers that model structured thinking for AI training purposes.

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the quality, clarity, and depth of responses from other contributors.

• Collaborate with a diverse, remote expert team to refine project guidelines and standards for educational content.

• Apply domain expertise to ensure content relevance and accuracy across specialized fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to create educational content that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Strong written communication skills for delivering feedback and constructing detailed explanations.

• Experience in instructional design, learning sciences, or assessment design is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous workflows.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess and improve educational materials.
