Key Responsibilities
Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution across projects
Manage functional, integration, UAT, and automation testing
Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams
Ensure defect management, risk mitigation, and quality governance
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, timelines, and releases
Track and report quality metrics (defect leakage, coverage, cycle time)
Required Skills
8+ years experience in QA, with leadership/Test Manager role
Strong experience in test strategy & large program delivery
Expertise in test automation, tools (Jira, ADO, Selenium, etc.)
Experience in Agile, Scrum, DevOps environments
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
Preferred
Experience in Salesforce testing (Sales/Service Cloud)
Knowledge of automation frameworks & CI/CD
Domain experience (Healthcare / BFSI)
