Organic Growth & SEO Specialist (Remote) Full Time

Kritin Global is a growing migration and education consultancy helping clients with Australian visas, migration pathways, study options, and global mobility solutions.

We are looking for a results-driven organic growth & SEO specialist to take ownership of our organic growth strategy and help increase website traffic, rankings, leads, and brand authority.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who wants to build and scale a high-growth brand.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving organic growth across search engines, AI search platforms, local search, and content channels.

This role is focused on outcomes, not just SEO reports.

You will work directly with leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve search visibility, create content strategies, and increase qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and enquiries
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Create and manage content plans, topic clusters, and landing page strategies
• Optimise service pages for search intent and conversion
• Manage technical SEO audits and implementation
• Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance
• Implement structured data and schema markup
• Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Optimise and grow Google Business Profiles
• Improve visibility in AI search platforms and AI-generated search results
• Conduct ongoing content audits and optimisation
• Track rankings, traffic, leads, and conversion performance
• Work with developers and content creators when required

RequirementsEssential

• 3+ years of SEO experience
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO
• Strong Local SEO experience
• Experience with Google Search Console and GA4
• Experience creating and executing content strategies
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
• Experience with schema markup and structured data
• Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Preferred

• Experience working with migration, legal, education, professional services, or lead-generation businesses
• Experience with AI search optimisation, answer engine optimisation, and emerging search technologies
• Experience with custom-coded websites
• Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experience
• Link building and digital PR experience

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, you will:

• Increase qualified organic traffic
• Improve rankings for target keywords
• Launch and optimise high-performing landing pages
• Increase website enquiries and lead volume
• Improve local search visibility
• Establish a scalable organic growth framework
