Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven growth leader to own and scale the digital growth engine across D2C, marketplace, lead generation, and performance marketing channels. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and build scalable customer acquisition systems for a fast-growing healthcare brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, CAC optimization, ROAS improvement, and funnel efficiency.
- Build and scale D2C growth campaigns for products.
- Develop retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Work closely with content, design, product, and e-commerce teams.
- Track analytics, attribution, cohort performance, and conversion metrics.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition channels.
- Manage external agencies & vendors if required.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing/growth roles in fast pace B2C businesses.
- Strong understanding of D2C growth and e-commerce funnels.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon/Flipkart ads, analytics tools, and attribution platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience scaling consumer brands/startups preferred.
- Healthcare/wellness/devices experience is a value add.
