About The Role
As part of the high performance ServiceNow platform team of Reckitt, the role of the Platform Architect is to ensure we are deriving the full value of the ServiceNow platform & the Reckitt entitlements while achieving the overall Reckitt goals & objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Accountable for the ServiceNow platform architecture, security & health within Reckitt.
- Accountable for setting implementing Platform Guardrails within Reckitt cross product teams.
- As a core member of the Reckitt platform team, contribute to the Reckitt platform strategy to ensure to align the ServiceNow platform capabilities to the business strategy & the ServiceNow roadmap. Ensures Reckitt fully leverages the features per its entitlements.
- Responsible to enable the platform & product roadmap – working with Reckitt ServiceNow platform team, Reckitt ITSM Global Process owners, & other product & platform owners within Reckitt.
- Technical leadership of the ServiceNow platform within Reckitt – including the creation of reusable components (Eg: APIs), associated automations & integrations to ensure the tools remain fit for use.
- Accountable for the strategic platform programs – Eg: Implementation AI capabilities, Now Assist, Employee portal, Common Services Data Model (CSDM), Automated Test Framework (ATF), platform health, compliance of ServiceNow systems, integrations, Discovery, ServiceMapping CMDB, data, access and tooling policies etc.
The experience we’re looking for
- ServiceNow Experience should be 5+ years – should have experience in Technical Architecture, design & Solutions on ServiceNow
- Design/Architect Now Assist, ServiceNow employee portal, 3rd party integrations, CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Management, back to box projects.
- Must have advanced knowledge and experience on ServiceNow Modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, SAM, Performance Analytics etc.
- Experience in implementing atleast 1 Now Assist capability
- Cross experience on additional product lines (SPM, HRSD etc.) will be an advantage.
- Experience in setup and integration of ServiceNow in Azure cloud landscape will be a plus
- Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes. ITIL4 – practical knowledge is an added advantage.
