Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Expert for a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad. In this role, you will assist in strategizing, planning, and executing performance-based marketing campaigns to support our business growth and maximize ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze campaign data, and help optimize the marketing funnel. Your insights will contribute to enhancing campaign effectiveness and achieving our marketing objectives within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Some experience or internships in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels
- Basic analytical skills with an eagerness to learn how to derive actionable insights from campaign data
- Exposure to marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager
- Understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
