Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing role for freshers, based in Dwarka. The role involves assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The team member will help create and publish engaging content, including posts, captions, basic graphics, and short-form videos, aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring social media pages, responding to comments and messages, tracking basic performance metrics, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to gather information, participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Ability to contribute to Social Media Content Creation and basic Marketing activities.
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills suitable for professional and online environments.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to work on-site in Dwarka, manage time well, and collaborate within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with design or video tools (e.g., Canva, basic editing apps) and an eagerness to learn new digital tools is an advantage.
