We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Client Partner to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships within our Data & AI Software Services business uni

t.In this role, you will own the end-to-end commercial relationship, strategy, and P&;L for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will act as the trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them accelerate their digital transformation by leveraging cutting-edge Data & AI solutions, with a heavy emphasis on the Databricks and Microsoft Azure ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Account Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Own the P&L: Take full financial accountability for your account portfolio, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, and sales forecasting
• Drive Software Services Sales: Originate, qualify, and close high-value consulting, implementation, and managed services deals focused on Data Engineering, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, and Generative AI
• Orchestrate Ecosystem Sales: Leverage and navigate partner co-sell programs with Databricks and Microsoft to build a robust pipeline and win joint pursuits

🤝 Client Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture deep, long-term relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Business Unit leaders
• Position yourself as a strategic advisor who understands the client’s industry challenges and can map them to Data & AI solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and net promoter scores (NPS) across all engagements

👥 Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Solutions Architects, Delivery Directors, and Data Scientists to design compelling, feasible, and high-impact proposals
• Bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and client business stakeholders to ensure smooth project kick-offs and value realization

Role Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

• Sales Track Record: 8+ years of experience in IT Professional Services, Consulting, or Software Services sales, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated Client Partner or Account Director role
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record selling Data & AI services (e.g., modern data platforms, data lakes, MLOps, Generative AI, and business intelligence
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Databricks Lakehouse platform and the Microsoft Azure data stack (Azure Synapse, Fabric, Azure OpenAI). Existing relationships within Databricks and Microsoft sales organizations are highly preferred
• P&L Management: Prior experience managing a portfolio P&L of $5M – $15M+ with a history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas

Skills & Competences:

• Consultative Selling: Ability to value-sell complex technical solutions to non-technical business buyers
• Negotiation & Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in structuring complex statements of work (SOWs), pricing models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price), and Master Services Agreements (MSA’s)
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
