Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RTO Executive to manage and optimize Return-to-Origin (RTO) operations for our D2C business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling high parcel volumes (thousands of shipments monthly), coordinating with courier partners, and minimizing RTO losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end RTO operations and ensure timely processing of returned shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for RTO tracking, reconciliation, and resolution.
• Analyze RTO trends and identify root causes to reduce RTO percentage.
• Maintain accurate records of RTO, NDR, and shipment status updates.
• Work closely with customer support, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely restocking and inventory reconciliation of returned products.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly RTO reports and MIS.
• Monitor courier performance and escalate shipment-related issues when required.

Location: Narhe,Pune

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in RTO, logistics, or operations within a D2C/E-commerce company.
• Experience handling thousands of parcels/orders per month.
• Good knowledge of courier aggregators, shipment tracking, NDR, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
