About the Role
This is a growth-focused role that sits at the intersection of business development, strategy, marketing, and operations. You’ll work closely with the founders to drive revenue, build scalable acquisition systems, and create meaningful relationships with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers.
A key part of the role is understanding Inhouse’s evolving offerings and identifying the right opportunities to take them to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and scale outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Create and execute client acquisition strategies across outbound, partnerships, referrals, and events.
• Engage with founders, CMOs, and business leaders to identify branding, content, and storytelling opportunities.
• Build proposals, pitch decks, and high-level marketing recommendations.
• Own the sales journey from first conversation to deal closure.
• Represent Inhouse at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Travel when required for meetings, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
• Build systems, processes, and AI-led automations that help the revenue function scale.
• Work directly with the founders on strategic growth initiatives.

Who You Are
• 1–3 years of experience in business development at a creative / branding / marketing agency
• Proven experience selling high-trust, intangible services
• Strong understanding of B2B client acquisition
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Strategic thinker who also executes
• Can challenge ideas, not just follow instructions
• Startup-friendly, ownership-driven mindset

• Quality and size of qualified pipeline
• Revenue closed independently
• Conversion to retainers and long-term accounts
• Reduction in founder-led sales dependency
• Quality of clients onboarded
