Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Specialist. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and coordinating HR initiatives. You will also provide support in workforce planning, managing HR programs, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition in tech and non-tech roles is a must, familiarity with employment laws and best practices in HR management
