Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Planner based in Gurugram. The Social Media Planner will be responsible for planning and executing social-first content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and shareability across digital platforms.

In this role, you will:

• Develop platform-specific content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
• Coordinate with creative, copy, design, and strategy teams to execute content plans
• Track trends, memes, and cultural moments in real time to identify content opportunities
• Plan and optimize posting schedules across Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Brief creators and internal teams for campaign execution
• Monitor content performance and recommend optimizations based on insights and analytics
• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to align social plans with broader brand goals

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content planning, writing, and content ideation
• Understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing, and platform algorithms
• Familiarity with Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media management tools
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Demonstrated interest in internet culture, memes, trends, and creator ecosystems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
