Position:

• Restaurant Manager
• Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and compliance standards.
• Control inventory, stock management, and cost optimization.
• Drive sales, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and corporate teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in premium dining, nightlife, or high-volume restaurants will be preferred.
