For Future HR Practitioners

Attention Future HR Practitioners…!!!

If you’re spending ₹10-20 lakhs on a tier-2/tier-3 MBA, shouldn’t you know what companies actually hire for before placements begin?

One thing I noticed during my MBA journey was that students often know the company names, but very few know the actual roles, responsibilities, and skills those companies expect.

A company visits campus for an HR role.
Students apply.
Many prepare only after getting shortlisted.
By then, it is often too late.

That made me think –
1) What if students could see the placement landscape much earlier?
2) What if they knew which companies typically visit Tier 2 and Tier 3 B-Schools, what roles they offer, and the exact skills they look for?

Over the past few weeks, I have been collecting and studying actual job descriptions shared during campus placements. Based on that, I have created the trial version of the HR Placement Handbook.

The handbook currently includes:
• Company Name
• Role Offered
• Domain (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Consulting, HR Tech, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, etc.)
• Key Responsibilities
• Skills Required
• Common patterns across recruiters

This handbook is primarily designed for the MBA Batch of 2027 as they prepare for internships and placements.

However, if you’re from the Batch of 2028, this can help you understand the market much earlier and start building relevant skills before the placement race begins.

This is still a preview (trial) edition and it is FREE OF COST

If you would like a copy of the HR Placement Handbook, comment “HR” and send me a DM.

Let’s make placement preparation more informed and less dependent on last-minute scrambling.
