Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, mature, and dependable professional to work closely with the CEO as a Sr Executive Assistant.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role that goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities. The role requires someone who can act as a strategic coordination partner, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, strong follow-through on key initiatives, and effective time management for the CEO.
Candidates with prior experience as a School Principal or in EdTech Operations will be strongly preferred, given the need for strong stakeholder management, operational understanding, and leadership maturity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Calendar & Priority Management
- Own and optimise the CEO’s calendar to ensure effective utilisation of time
- Schedule and manage internal leadership meetings, external discussions, and strategic reviews
- Prioritise requests, meetings, and commitments based on business impact and urgency
- Ensure seamless coordination with all stakeholders and zero scheduling conflicts
2. Executive Coordination & Follow-through
- Track key decisions, commitments, and action items from leadership meetings
- Drive timely follow-ups with teams to ensure execution and closure
- Act as the central coordination bridge between the CEO and internal stakeholders
- Proactively flag delays, bottlenecks, or risks
3. Strategic & Project Support
- Support the CEO in tracking high-priority organisational initiatives and projects
- Prepare briefing notes, summaries, dashboards, and reports for leadership discussions
- Monitor progress and highlight deviations from plans
- Assist in ensuring alignment across functions on key initiatives
4. Communication Management
- Draft, review, and manage executive-level communication (emails, notes, updates)
- Prepare concise and structured MoMs and action trackers
- Ensure clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all communications
5. Planning & Organisation
- Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, reviews, and organisational initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements
- Assist in travel planning, scheduling, and related coordination (if required)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra
- 6–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years supporting CXO / CEO / Director-level stakeholders
- Prior experience as a School Principal or in EdTech Operations is mandatory/preferred
- Demonstrated experience in high-trust, high-responsibility roles
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High level of professional maturity, discretion, and judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high ownership
