🚨 We’re Hiring: Canada IT Recruiter (2+ Years Experience) 🚨

Are you passionate about IT recruitment and experienced in the Canadian staffing market? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Canada IT Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our growing recruitment operations.

📍 Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

🏢 Work Model: 100% Onsite (5 Days a Week)

🕒 Shift Timings: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various contract opportunities across Canada.

• Work closely with managers to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent across various technologies and skill sets.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining recruitment quality and timelines.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Canada IT Recruitment.

✔️ Strong understanding of the Canadian staffing and recruitment landscape.

✔️ Good knowledge of Canadian employment and tax terms such as T4, T4A, Incorporated (INC), and related work authorization categories.

✔️ Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT technologies, including but not limited to Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, ERP, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity roles.

✔️ Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referral channels.

✔️ Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills.

✔️ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

✔️ Experience working with implementation partners is highly preferred.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

❗ Important:

• Candidates with only Non-IT recruitment experience will NOT be considered.

• No Cab Facility Provided.

• Need to work 5 days from Office. (Monday to Friday)
