As an AC Social Media Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote the firm’s services and capture new business opportunities. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimizing website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to achieve organizational targets.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will utilize market research, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and enhance the firm’s market presence. Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement
• Managing and optimizing website performance to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Utilizing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Monitoring social media trends and implementing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Creating and curating compelling content for various digital platforms to support brand messaging
• Analyzing market research data to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support marketing goals
• Applying analytical thinking to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements

What You Must Have

• At least graduation / post graduation or the equivalent degree
• At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
