Position: Global Operations Consultant
The Global Operations Consultant is responsible for supporting multinational operations optimization, enhancing operational efficiency and cross-regional collaboration, and driving sustainable business growth across global markets.
This role requires deep expertise in global supply chain operations, business process optimization, market dynamics, and operational strategy, with the ability to design and implement actionable improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Strategy & Process Optimization
Analyze global operational workflows and identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
Develop standardized processes and best practices to ensure consistency across regions
Support the implementation of operational improvement initiatives to enhance agility and responsiveness
Cross-Regional Coordination & Project Management
Collaborate with teams across multiple countries and regions to drive key initiatives
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee change management processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and policies
Data Analysis & Decision Support
Collect and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making
Build and maintain global operational KPI frameworks and dashboards
Continuously monitor business performance and identify improvement areas
Risk Management & Compliance
Assess global operational risks, including supply chain, legal, financial, and market risks
Develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and operational security across markets
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in multinational operations, consulting, or supply chain management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
Strong project management and cross-cultural communication abilities
Proven experience working with executive leadership and global teams
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese, Spanish, German, etc.) preferred
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields
