Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager/Assistant Warehouse Manager located in Hubli. The role involves overseeing daily operations, including stock control, inventory management, and operational efficiency. The manager will supervise warehouse staff, ensure accurate recording of inventory, maintain safety protocols, optimize space utilization, and ensure that logistics and supply chain processes run smoothly. The role requires hands-on engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Management
• Experience in Operations Management and optimizing warehouse processes
• Knowledge of Forklift Operation and warehouse equipment usage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and ensure safety and compliance protocols are upheld
• Experience with warehouse management software or tools is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
