Manager – Life Sciences (Digital Transformation)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a Manager – Life Sciences to lead digital and process transformation initiatives across Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech domains. This role will drive alignment between business functions (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Clinical) and technology solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and transformation initiatives across Life Sciences value chains.
• Identify and drive digital opportunities across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement scalable solutions.
• Work with platforms such as Veeva Vault, LIMS, QMS, ERP and related ecosystems.
• Define KPIs, support UAT, and ensure adoption of implemented solutions.
• Drive process optimization, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Life Sciences (Pharma / Biotech / MedTech).
• Strong exposure to R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, or Quality domains.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva / LIMS / QMS / GMP / ERP systems.
• Experience in digital transformation, automation, or analytics initiatives.
• Solid understanding of GxP, regulatory frameworks, and compliance environments.
• Experience working in Agile/SDLC environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Exposure to Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, or Healthcare Analytics.
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in Life Sciences.
