Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Expert located in Noida. The Marketing Expert will strategize and oversee marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Key responsibilities include managing social media marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales teams to generate leads, and engaging customers through innovative communication channels. The Marketing Expert will also contribute to content creation and oversee campaigns end-to-end to ensure successful execution and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Marketing and Marketing Strategy, with experience in developing and implementing campaigns
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, including content creation and audience engagement
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients
• Experience in Sales and lead generation strategies
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve outcomes
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with Martech tools, analytics platforms, and WhatsApp marketing is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
