Role: Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Funnel Optimization)

Location: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site | Full-Time . Preference – Bengaluru Location

Work days- Mon- Friday

Work Timings: 5:30 p.m.- 2:30 a.m. IST

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is obsessed with data, tracking, testing, and scaling digital marketing funnels. This is not just an ad-running role.

We need someone who:

• Loves running Ads
• Understands funnels and conversion tracking
• Enjoys A/B testing landing pages
• Thinks in CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Can identify funnel drop-offs and improve performance

Our goal is to build a scalable legal lead-generation system that can expand across Texas and other U.S. markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Improve landing pages and funnel performance
• Run A/B tests on pages, forms, and CTAs
• Analyze campaign and funnel data
• Build reports and actionable insights
• Support local growth and partner outreach campaigns

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing
• Strong Google Ads experience
• Hands-on experience with GA4 & GTM
• Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
• Analytical and data-driven mindset

Bonus Skills

Legal marketing experience . Lead generation experience. Looker Studio reporting. Call tracking tools
