Job Purpose

The Financial Analyst II will join Quorum’s finance team in delivering critical insights and performing key reporting functions. This role will execute critical tasks of integrating data from source systems (primarily NetSuite) in the reporting system (Adaptive Insights), prepare Flash and Vendor Reports, prepare routine and ad hoc reports/presentations to management and board.

The Financial Analyst II will lead the development and optimization of BI solutions, build insightful dashboards, and provide analytical support to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Tableau with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite as primary data sources, and a strong background in FP&A reporting.

This role works closely with senior business partners and finance professionals to drive thoughtful analysis and be the trusted finance advisor for supporting businesses.

What You Will Do

MANAGE The Business

What You Will Do On a Day-to-day Basis

• Responsible for integrating data from source systems (primarily NetSuite) to reporting (Adaptive Insights)
• Liaise with Accounting team to resolve any data failure issues or discrepancy between source system and reporting system
• Generate month-end Flash and Vendor Reports and perform first level review to ensure results are accurate
• Refresh board reporting templates and prepare draft board deck for review by management
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on different data sources, providing business stakeholders with actionable insights
• Conduct data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reports and dashboards are free of errors and deliver valuable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions

CHANGE The Business

We expect you to develop new and improve current process including automating recurring tasks

• Provide insights on foreign exchange rates and impact of FX on results
• Identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to automate recurring tasks
• Work on ad hoc financial analysis and projects

GROW The Business

Hitting the Home Run by providing data insights that helps grows top line or EBITDA

• Use AI tools such Claude and conduct complex modeling data modeling and analysis, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and data integrity
• Flexible to try new projects and implement new ideas (not afraid to fail) that will either help grow our sales or EBITDA
• And other duties as assigned.

What To Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance or accounting
• 4-5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) experience in software industry
• Significant experience with BI Tools, specifically Tableau
• Significant experience with reporting systems. Adaptive Insights a huge plus
• Significant experience with ERP. NetSuite experience a plus
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Experience working with global teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment

Nice To Have

• Certification in Tableau or related technologies is highly preferred
• Experience in SQL, databricks and working with relational databases
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UX/UI design principles for BI reporting
