Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Information Technology (RCM) based in Mohali district. The professional will be responsible for leading the IT department, designing IT strategies, managing complex IT operations, and maintaining robust infrastructure to support the organization’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. The role also involves overseeing technology implementations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing IT systems for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Information Technology, including knowledge of software and tools relevant to RCM
• Expertise in IT Management and IT Strategy, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Experience in overseeing IT Operations and ensuring system reliability and performance
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and other critical systems
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices in IT processes
• Prior experience in the healthcare IT domain will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
