Ayush SkillShastra Private Limited is a fast-growing startup dedicated to human resource development. We specialize in end-to-end career solutions, including internships, college admissions, placements, corporate training, and professional consultancy. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media Handler to manage and grow our digital footprint from the comfort of their home.
Job Overview:
As a Remote Social Media Handler, you will be the voice of Ayush SkillShastra across our primary digital channels (YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Your goal will be to create engaging content, build an active online community, and implement strategies to consistently increase our follower base and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and draft highly engaging posts, reels, shorts, graphics, and text content tailored to students, job seekers, and educational institutions.
Platform Management: Maintain, organize, and schedule daily/weekly updates across our social media handles (with a strong focus on driving growth on our YouTube channel).
Audience Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and user inquiries in a professional and timely manner to build a community.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and audio/visual styles to optimize post reach.
Reporting: Track weekly growth metrics (followers, reach, engagement rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven basic experience in handling social media pages (personally or professionally).
Strong familiarity with YouTube growth strategies, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn networking.
Proficiency with basic graphic design and video editing tools (such as Canva, VN, CapCut, or Photoshop).
Good written communication and copywriting skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and hit tight deadlines.
A stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or smartphone.
Compensation & Perks:
Stipend/Pay: Starting fixed base with performance incentives, scaling up to ₹7,000 per month depending entirely on milestones achieved (e.g., target follower growth, content consistency, and engagement rates).
Work Structure: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
Growth: Letter of Recommendation and opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on stellar performance.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹7,000.00 per month
