Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Merchandiser to manage and oversee our international export operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling export documentation, coordinating with international buyers, and ensuring the seamless execution of orders. This role requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management & Coordination:
• Manage export orders from inquiry to shipment.
• Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers, production teams, and partners to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Buyer Communication:
• Serve as the primary liaison between international buyers and the company.
• Maintain strong business relationships with clients and address queries efficiently.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Product Development & Sampling:
• Develop samples as per buyer specifications.
• Ensure quality control and approval before mass production.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams.
• Export Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare necessary export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, LC Documents, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Manage logistics and freight forwarding for smooth shipment processing.
• Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Work closely with suppliers to source materials at the best prices.
• Monitor production timelines and resolve supply chain issues.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated with global market trends and competitor strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
